The founder of GenericBid was looking to create a memorable logo that represented an auction website for generic pharmaceuticals. This brand idea would later become trademarked for use and appears on various marketing swag and brochures.
A simple name logo intercepted by pills with a playful overtone was chosen as the logo for GenericBid. The colors are cool to represent ease with the exception of the word “Bid” which signifies the urgency to bid on an item as the user would see fit for their pharmacy.
The logo is now used on the company’s websites, marketing materials and promotional giveaways to drive users to the website.
